Information Collected When Visiting Our Website

When you visit our website we collect and store securely Non-Personal and Personal Information you share with us.

  • We collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet.

​

  • The IP addresses of visitors of this site are anonymised before being shared with Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • If you book a service through our website, register as a member or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect: login; e-mail address; password; communications; computer and connection information; and booking history.

  • We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

    • To provide and operate our services;

    • To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

    • To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages within the remit of the obtain consent;

    • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-Personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our services; 

    • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

  • Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present and sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.   • This website uses the bare minimum cookies to retain user preferences and provide anonymised tracking data to a third party application, Google Analytics. Information Storage and Data Security

We are committed to ensuring that all personal information is secure. We will not share nor sell personal information to third parties unless we’ve obtained your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

  • We have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, including personal data. We run a paperless practice – all personal data is managed electronically only. If written notes are temporarily taken, these are anonymised, digitised, securely filed electronically, and paper notes are destroyed (shredded) as soon as possible.

  • All devices used are password protected and personal data is stored in secured GDPR compliant service provider software requiring double authentication login.

​

  • Contact details of email subscribers are stored by the Ascend by Wix service which is GDPR compliant. You can, at any point request for your information to be deleted by simply unsubscribe or email us at data@rocketfuelwellbeing.com.

  • In accordance with UK guidelines, health records are kept for 7 years from final contact, at which point these are deleted

Your Rights Over Your Personal Information

  • We will never share nor sell personal information to third parties unless we’ve obtained your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.

  • Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request details of personal information which Rocket Fuel Wellbeing Ltd holds about you, request to have your information updated, or withdraw consent and request to have your information deleted. 

​

  • If you believe that any of your information we are holding is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible by email at data@rocketfuelwellbeing.com and we will correct it promptly.

  • Subscribers to Rocket Fuel Wellbeing e-mailing list can opt out whenever they want by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the end of all marketing emails.

  • In accordance with UK guidelines, health records are kept for 7 years from final contact. Removal of data requests from clients who have received one to one nutrition advice will be handled on an individual basis.

Terms of Service for Nutrition Clinic Clients 

​If you are consumer user of private consultations services

​

  • By booking a consultation with me you are accepting my cancellation policy:

    • Consultations can be cancelled with no fee with 48hr notice. 

    • Cancellation with less than 48hr notice will be charged at 50%.

    • Cancellation on the day of the consultation will be charged at full price.

​

  • Payment of consultation needs to be received within 24hrs of the consultation.

​

  • Client confidentiality is absolute. Whatever we discuss during a consultation or a group session is treated with total confidentiality. I will never discuss your case with a third party, unless you instruct me to do so by writing.

​

  • Before and during consultations you are invited to share personal information that enables me to better advise you. This information will be kept electronically, along with any other notes, with the sole purpose of supporting your nutritional health. It will never be shared with any third parties, unless you ask me to do so, and provide me with your written consent. For full data privacy, click here

  • Be aware that any advice given to you is tailored to your unique personal need(s) and therefore is not transferable to others. 

​

  • I will always work within the scope of my practice. This means that on occasions, if your needs are beyond the remit of my expertise, I will refer you to another specialised practitioner.

  • Content shared with you and produced by Rocket Fuel Wellbeing is protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your private circle as long as the authors of the material is always acknowledged. Furthermore:

    • You must not modify copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

    • You must not use or distribute any part of the materials for commercial purposes.

  • During online consultations – whether it is through Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, or any other online conference/communication tools – recording of the session is prohibited for both parties (client(s) & Rocket Fuel Wellbeing), unless written consent has been asked and granted.

If you are consumer user of a workshop or group programme (in person or online)

  • Client confidentiality is absolute. Whatever we discuss during a group session is treated with total confidentiality. I will never discuss your case with a third party, unless you instruct me to do so by writing.

  • Before and during the workshop you might be invited to privately share personal information that enables me to better advise you. This information will be kept electronically, along with any other notes, with the sole purpose of supporting your nutritional health.
