Yesterday, the first cooking session on fish took place and I am happy to report that it was a total blast!
Participants have tried new techniques and are now fully equipped to gut, scale and fillet all the fish that they will caught in the sea this summer! They also know how to choose nutritionally and ethically a fish, and can put together in no time some tasty yet healthy fish dishes: stew, en papillote, pan fried, etc.
But we also explored some yummy recipes to bring the most out of strawberries and asparagus. The strawberry soup, in particular, was for sure a real hit.
