Two sessions currently scheduled:
Wednesdays 3rd and 10th May 2017, starting at 10am.
Hopefully, with May will come a bit of warmth and we will want to eat lighter and fresher recipes after months of hearty, earthy food. It will be the perfect time to explore fish dishes!
And to accompany them, we will try to take advantage of the new products that will start to appear on the market stalls such as asparagus, new potatoes, spring onions and the first strawberries.
From a nutritional stand point, we will discuss the goodness of having fish in our diet: which varieties to include, in which quantities and the impact on our health.

Group of maximum 8 people
Session cost: £50 (incl. ingredients)
Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours, from 10:00am. We usually cook until 12:30pm and , whoever fancy it seats at the kitchen table to share the meal.
